Distance contract: Any contract between Habti Voyages and a consumer within the framework of a remote sales system organized by the company, exclusively using the Internet.
Consumer: Any individual acting for personal purposes and not within the scope of professional activity.
Order form: Document detailing the characteristics of the ordered services, confirmed by the consumer through a « double-click » process.
Order: The act by which the consumer agrees to purchase a product/service and Habti Voyages commits to deliver it.

In the case of online payments, the transaction is processed the same day following delivery confirmation.
Payments are processed via a secure multi-channel platform.
The consumer guarantees that they have the legal authorization to use the selected payment method.
For card payments, any fraudulent use is subject to terms between the consumer, their bank, and Habti Voyages’ financial institution.
Payment data processed via Payzone and the multi-channel platform serves as legal proof of all commercial transactions between the client and Habti Voyages.
Only the following payment methods are accepted for reservations on habtivoyage.com:
In-agency payments (cash or cheque deposit)
Clients must log in to their account to make a booking.
The reservation is confirmed only after completing the cart process, selecting a payment method, and confirming the final quote.
Payment must be completed immediately after reservation.
A booking is considered final only after full payment and confirmation of availability of the selected service.
All prices are subject to availability at the time of payment.
Each product description clearly states what is included and excluded.
For packages, hotel names are indicative only. If the listed hotel is unavailable, a similar-category hotel will be provided.
All bookings are final and cannot be canceled. If a modification is possible, it may involve additional charges.
If Habti Voyages cancels a booking, the client will either receive a refund or be offered an equivalent package.
No refunds will be issued if a supplier modifies the package beyond Habti Voyages’ control.
Habti Voyages acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers, and is only responsible for issues under its direct control—not those caused by third-party partners.
Travelers are responsible for verifying:
The validity of their passport
Entry requirements for Morocco
Any additional travel documents (visa, parental authorization, etc.)
Habti Voyages is not responsible for denied boarding or entry by authorities.
In case of legal disputes, only the courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction.
